Though considered a nuisance by some, others see it as a form of art and beauty that display and expresses how people feel about political issues.

Banksy:
- uses this "smart vandalism" method to raise awareness about the social and political issues around the world. Banksy is a street artist who's artwork have already appeared in many places around the world such as London and other counties as well. His art is an original form of street that that often is combined with a distinctive stencilling to promote alternative aspect of political issues aside from those shown by the mainstream media.

The elements of design
-Line marks are made by paint and bush and value of lines are solid.
-Shape are easily defined.
-Direction can be either way, horizontal or vertical.
-Size of the subject is usually big.
-Texture is smooth
-Color used as saturated colors.
-High value contrast between colors.

-is usually balance.
-Gradation is static, from light to dark
-Repetition is less found in street art.
-Contrast in direction horizontally.
-Harmony
-Dominance of size to add interest
